The Whitestone Group, Inc is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) who shall have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in a government contract are met.
The QCM shall establish and maintain a complete QC program as directed. The QC Program shall provide an effective and efficient means of identifying and correcting problems throughout the entire scope of operations. The QCM’s program shall address:
• Accurate documentation of work processes, procedures, and output measures.
• A systematic procedure for assessing compliance with performance objectives and standards.
• Accurate documentation of quality inspections conducted throughout the execution of work.
• Assessment-driven corrective actions and process adjustments as appropriate in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in QC with large government contracts. Military QC experience preferred.
Location: NWS Earle, NJ
Compensation: $50-53,000.00/year
